Fully fledged machine shop with about 100 machining equipments which included NC lathes machines ,drilling and NC milling machines,gear machine,gear and spline rolling machines etc..

Quality Control: We offer chemical compositions reports of the raw material each time. Hardness testing machines to test valve stems,shafts and fittings for oil and gas equipments. Full fledged quality inspectors,with qualified quality engineers ensuring the quality of products in blank parts and machining. Fully quality control instruments which are used in production.

The list of instruments included: digital verniers, micrometers, high precision granite surface plate, height gauges, parallelism measuring instruments,squareness gauges, projector,gear testing instruments,hardness testing machine,concent ricity checking fixture etc. Instruments are calibrated periodically as per the calibration plan.
